How do I add bullet points and make a list in HTML?

Use an unordered list <ul> and put each bullet item inside <li>.

Example:

<ul>
  <li>Item 1</li>
  <li>Item 2</li>
  <li>Item 3</li>
</ul>

That automatically shows bullet points.
